The VelocityTX Innovation Center is a brand-new state-of-the-art building with 17,000 square feet of collaborative space designed to foster the entrepreneurial spirit, spur innovation, and economic growth. The VelocityTX Innovation Center provides early-stage bioscience companies with the infrastructure, resources, and network they need to take their company to the next level.
The VelocityTX Innovation Center offers office support and access to meeting rooms, virtual meeting technology, comfy common areas, a fully outfitted kitchen, office amenities, ample parking, and convenient access to public transit.

Private Offices and Labs
VelocityTX private offices and labs are fully furnished and move-in ready. All offices and labs are private and lockable and range between 70 – 200 square feet of space. Private offices are available to VelocityTX Incubator members and partner tenants on a limited basis and by application only.
Private offices and labs are only open to client companies of the Incubator Program. An application is required and goes through the review process by a committee for approval.
Members enjoy all the benefits and amenities listed above PLUS:
- Lockable office or wet lab
- Fully Furnished
- Dedicated Post Office Box at no additional charge
- 20 hours/month of free conference room reservations
Cost: $500 – $1,000 per month
Meeting Rooms and Event Space
Are you looking to host a meeting or event in San Antonio? Conveniently located minutes from downtown, the VelocityTX Innovation Center is perfectly suited for small and large group gatherings. The meeting rooms vary in size, equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as smart screens, Zoom rooms, and high-speed internet.
