MMID Mini Symposium: Mechanisms for Private Sector Collaborations with Military Medical Teams

Participants in this mini-symposium will learn about technology transfer agreements and the role they play in advancing medical research & development, and facilitating product commercialization. The panel will cover the basics of agreements including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) and Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and explain in detail where/when/why to use them, how to initiate an agreement, and their advantages and limitations.
