Description

Understanding Financial Statements is critical to running a successful business and effectively planning for the future. Linda Loftus will cover the intricacies of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements. Grab a pencil and paper, and be prepared to work through examples. You will learn:

• How to read and understand financial statements (and what is EBITDA)
• The differences between a pro forma, financial statement, and a budget
• What investors look for in financial projections

Linda Loftus

Founder of Loftus Management Consulting, LLC and creator of the management concepts of Napkin Consulting (TM) and The Fundamental Pipeline (TM). Linda started her career with Anderson Consulting in New York City and has led her own firm for over 15 years. She has over 30 years combined experience in management support and consulting for businesses and non-profits and holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University.
